Customer Service Representative
Currently seeking an individual for a Customer Service position for our client in Bannockburn, IL. Our client is a food manufacturer and is looking for an individual to maintain a set of customer accounts.
Responsibilities Include:
-Maintaining customer accounts
-Detailed order processing
-Explanation of order process to customers
-Calling carriers for routed and non-routed freight pickups
-Freight bill audits
-Claim filing
-Answering e-mails and phone calls from customers to ensure shipping requirements are being met
-Export documentation for products
Qualifications:
**Background in the Food Industry is a must and is required**
-ERP System knowledge
-SAP OR JD Edwards Experience
-At least 3 years experience in customer account management
